Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing Company

Pharma Tech Industries: Company Profile

We are Pharma Tech Industries

Our products may be pharmaceutical but our business is people.

Pharma Tech Industries is a family owned and operated pharmaceutical powder contract manufacturer and packager offering fully-integrated supply chain support for some of the most trusted health and wellness brands in the world. We filled our first products in 1972 in the small town of Union, Missouri and, over the next 40 years, grew to be the largest pharmaceutical contract manufacturer and packager of powder products in the world. From initial technology transfer through production and packaging in a variety of platforms - including bottle and sachet filling, stick pack filling and more – we serve many of the world’s most trusted health and wellness brands across a variety of product lines, providing true end-to-end supply chain fulfillment services and solutions. While the roots of our production capabilities lie in powder blending, powder filling, and powder packaging, we also offer effervescent tablets, capsules, plastic molding, and swab contract manufacturing. Our customers include five of the top ten global pharmaceutical corporations, and our average customer tenure is over ten years. Unlike other contract manufacturers, our people and our culture are our biggest assets. The foundation of these assets is five key values that we call "The PTI Way:" Integrity, Stewardship, Humility, Optimism, and Working Together. With these guiding principles we have built a solid reputation in the industry as a contract manufacturer that consistently gets the job done and operates with our customers' best interests in mind. We look at growth as an opportunity to serve our customers better, create jobs and opportunities for our employees, and better the community around us. We continue to expand our capabilities through technology transfer and strategic expansion. Our current footprint includes over 460,000 square feet of cGMP production space, and more than 350 employees across two state-of-the-art facilities in Royston, Georgia and Union, Missouri, with corporate offices in Athens, Georgia.

Pharma Tech is committed to developing sustainable manufacturing programs to reduce waste, improve efficiencies, and enhance the welfare and safety of our employees and the communities in which we are located
