The model TCC-1000 is the latest development of Pharma-Tech Research Corporation. This instrument provides fast separations for analytical work or rapid CCC method development for scale-up work. Since the principles are identical for both toroidal and planetary countercurrent chromatographs, scale-up to larger units is easy.
The model TCC-1000 performs as the column in a chromatographic system. Shown here is a recommended system configuration, which includes HPLC components from the Shimadzu HPLC line: The LC-10AD pump , the SIL-10A autosampler, the SPD-10A UV detector, the FRC-10A fraction collector, and the SCL-10A controller, all interfaced to a computer.
